| We first opened our doors in
1987. Since then we've proudly brought to Ann Arbor diners the best
of what Italian cuisine has to offer, served professionally, in a
sophisticated, intimate, and friendly environment.
The Food
Our menu is based on classic
Italian cuisine. Rather than adhering to a specific region or style
though, the dishes are selected monthly based on freshness and market
availability.
The Wine
Our wine list is comprised
of a carefully chosen selection of American and Italian wines. Although
the list is fairly extensive, selections are made based upon vintage
and compatibility with the menu, rather than breadth of choice.
The Staff
Our front-of-house staff goes through extensive
training that includes actually working in the kitchen prior to
serving guests as waitstaff. We believe this insures your server
knows the dishes in a first-hand way that ultimately means that
rather than just bringing you your food, they have a personal knowledge
of what went into making it.
